Is Home Care Together accredited as mandated by Medicare?
Yes. We passed with a 98% out of 100% approval rating. The Compliance Team is the Medicare approved accrediting company that came to our location and inspected us. It was nerve racking! But we survived and are proud to maintain our rating. 98% compliance means you can put your trust in our company. It have been checked out and approved!
How will I receive my supplies?
Usually by FED-EX or UPS. It depends on which of the 10+ supply centers your order is shipped from and where you live. Usually it will take 24-48 hours to get the supplies to your door-step. We can deliver on Saturday; but you will have to pick up the extra charge for week-end delivery (that’s only fair).
Will you take care of the “red tape” required by insurance companies?
Yes. We do all the paper-work and there is no “up-front” cost to you. We will even call you doctor to obtain the needed prescription.
What do you mean by FREE SHIPPING?

Will I have a choice in Brands?
Absolutely! Many of our patients are satisfied with their product, they just need a good supplier. Like the brand you are using? Keep it and we will help!
Will I receive a bill?
No…except. Sometimes we are mandated by regulations. For example: You may have a co-pay that you agreed to with your Insurance Co. Or…you may have a deductible that Medicare requires you to meet. We will discuss it together and will not bill you for any amount unless you are in agreement. Fair?
What if my order is wrong?
If the order is not what you expected, we will pay to have you send it back and in turn will send you the correct supplies. However please remember, we MUST fill the Physician’s Order exactly as prescribed by your doctor. If there is a problem, contact your physician for a correct prescription.
