Maintain accurate, confidential as well as secure records in accordance with privacy and security standards of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Keep on file all product information, copies of the features, warranties, and instructions for each type of product.
Maintain and will implement Patient Care Improvement Plans as part of our continuously measured accreditation process.

How We Bill

Home Care Together bill’s Medicare/ Medicaid/ and other Insurance Companies in compliance with the rules and regulations set out by CMS ~ Medicare.

We will do all the paperwork including obtaining all needed prescriptions, documentation required by insurance companies including Medicare.
We will never bill in advance of you receiving your order.
We will determine eligibility by contacting your Insurance Carrier before ordering your product to insure that your Insurance will pay; this will prevent you from having to reimburse a denied claim.
In the event of a denial or refusal to pay or establish eligibility, we will contact you directly before sending the products to you. This will prevent you from receiving a bill that you do not expect!
